Users must provide correct pickup and drop-off details. Drivers must follow applicable road and transport laws and provide services in a safe and professional manner.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Paystack. You agree to pay all applicable charges for completed bookings, where relevant.
Cancellation and refund handling may depend on trip status, service availability, and company policy. We may update cancellation rules at any time.
The app may rely on third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Google Maps, and Paystack. Their use is also subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Konetme, including its branding, logos, design, and content, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Konetme is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
